The long haul

Since we have got back from Sydney, Juno's sleeping patterns have been a little (ahem) erratic. You just get the feeling from looking at her, from watching the way she interacts with other people and the world at large, that she is just tremendously interested in it all - and not that keen on missing out on any of it. So, she doesn't show that much promise as a lazy duvee monster (alas).

She is not quite crawling yet, more in the gearing up for it stage. Plenty of work up on the knees or the toes and lunging (which, more often than not, has the amusing effect of propelling her backwards). Her mobility has reached the point where it is not possible to leave her unattended for a quick trip to the pub anymore too long as she has a talent for wriggling into trouble...

Jason,

How the hell are you? You and Jess have a real live princess .>>What a treat.. This is the first time I have used this blogger thing. I was reading about it the other day and then it rang a bell and I looked up your old email and was now clued up on the thing...So now I understand it I can keep up to date with things on a weekly basis in your world at the push of the return key.

I have had a busy year with the return of the kids down south and them starting a whole new and exciting family book in Melbourne again. I will have to fly over and catch up in person with everything that has transpired over the last year or more. I think of you all often and send my love A big hug for you both and of course to little Juno too

Lots of love
