The Unbearable Cuteness of Being

All rugged up in her winter bear suit: and so she should be. We made the trip up to Brian's on the weekend (in the Wairarapa)and spent a couple of frigid days huddled round the fire. On the way home, as we crested the Rimutakas, snow was falling on the bonnet of the car.
People has pulled over to the side of the road and were out of their cars, cavorting about, throwing slush balls and generally behaving in an unseemly fashion... In any event, it was our first big road trip as a family and was an unqualified success. Juno slept for pretty much the entire trip there and back, she charmed her granddad, and we got out of Wellington for the weekend.
It would seem the possibilities from here are endless. This week, the 'Rapa, next - Fiji? Acapulco? Anywhere you can wear shorts and remain (conscious) in the ocean for longer than 5 minutes sounds pretty bloody good at the moment.
